7 Months Yeehaw

Hi everyone!!!

Man oh man there were so many miracles this week and I absolutely loved it!!

Zone conference was this week and it was SO GOOD!! It was all focused on the Book of Mormon and I loved it. The spirit was so strong and I learned a lot:) One of the trainings focused on how Joseph Smith paid the price for the scriptures. He went through so much, just so we could have the church and the Book of Mormon on the earth today. They related this to how we sometimes have to "pay the price" for our own scriptures. We go through experiences and have trials that result in us coming to know that certain scriptures are completely true. For example, the scripture I feel like I "paid the price" to come to know that it's true is 1 Nephi 20:10

10 For, behold, I have refined thee, I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction.

Through my experiences, I have come to know that even through my trials, Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father still choose me! So yeah, that's one of my "paid the price" scriptures haha. I thought it was a really cool way to look at it:) let me know what scriptures yall have paid the price for!!!

We had some of our friends show up to church this week and I am so grateful! We just had two girls get home from their missions in our ward, so we were able to divide and conquer with our friends haha. We got to teach 2-3 lessons all at the same time during second hour with the help of the returned missionaries. Haha it was awesome!!

Another miracle we saw is that we got a text from someone who has been previously taught saying she knows the Book of Mormon is true and she's ready to start meeting with us again and working towards being baptized. LITERALLY WHAT?!?!?! SO COOL!! This last little bit has been so eye opening for me. Because of being over another area and some other things going on, we just haven't been able to go out and find people to teach. I've been praying a lot that Heavenly Father will send someone to us that is ready to hear the gospel. Since the last couple of weeks, we had two people show up to church and three people who were previously taught reach out so that we can start teaching them again.  It's all thanks to God honestly. I've been so blessed to see these miracles happen and I'm so grateful for my Father in Heaven. God is seriously so good and He is so involved in our lives!!! YAY FOR MIRACLES!!!<3

I GOT TO SEE MY BEST FRIENDS AT CHURCH YESTERDAY!!! Grace and Noelia are some gals I met in my last area and I just love them so much!! Seeing them yesterday was exactly what I needed:,) Heavenly Father is really looking out for me!! I LOVE THEM! Also, I wanted to share a quote this week that was in a talk linked in the Come, Follow Me lesson. It's from the talk Wounded (Oct 2018) by Elder Neil L. Anderson,

"My brothers and sisters, it is my promise to you that increasing your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ will bring you added strength and greater hope. For you, the righteous, the Healer of our souls, in His time and His way, will heal all your wounds. No injustice, no persecution, no trial, no sadness, no heartache, no suffering, no wound—however deep, however wide, however painful—will be excluded from the comfort, peace, and lasting hope of Him whose open arms and whose wounded hands will welcome us back into His presence. At that day, the Apostle John testifies, the righteous “which [come] out of great tribulation” will stand “arrayed in white robes … before the throne of God.” The Lamb will “dwell among [us] … and God shall wipe away all tears from [your] eyes.”

This quote really hit me like a truck haha. I don't think I can really add onto it, it really says it all!! I just want to testify of our Savior and loving Heavenly Father, They are the biggest blessings to all of us!!

I love yall so much!! HAVE A BLESSED WEEK!!!!
