Valentines Day!!

Hi yall!! 

This week flew by and we had so much fun!! Sister Chan is such a blast, I love her so so much!!! 

Valentines day was a party. We had a sweet mom invite us over for dinner and we got to spend Valentine's day with her and her kids! The whole house was decorated and it was SO MUCH FUN! We had a YSA activity that night and no one showed up except for the missionaries haha. We didn't realize that a Book of Mormon study wouldn't be on the agenda for most of the YSA's Valentine's day lol. 

One of my highlights every week is when we go to Barnes & Noble to do our social media work. I LOVE BOOK STORES!!!! It's seriously so much fun! It makes sitting at a computer doing work a lot more fun haha!!! 

Last p day I smoked my district in ping pong. Went 14-2. My ego is giant. It's all thanks to DJ Scotty and Shelldog buying us a ping pong table for Christmas one year way back when. I've learned all my skills in the basement playing ping pong all these years. Gotta love it haha

We were able to see so many miracles this week! Do yall remember how GPS led us to a girl last week? Well we had a lesson with her this week and it was awesome! We showed up to her apartment and she had dinner all ready for us:,) plus her roommates joined too!!! It reminded me of hanging out with my roommates last year haha. It was seriously so awesome! The Spirit was so strong and they invited us to come back this next week!! 

One night last week, we ended up texted a TON of people who have been previously taught. Out of all those texts, a nice gal named Lori texted us back and told us to come over! We went to visit yesterday and she had dinner all set up and her whole family was waiting for us there. IT WAS SO COOL!! We got to sit and talk with them for a bit. It was like instant best friends. I love that family so much. I'm so pumped to go back and to see them more!!

Both the Bearden and YSA sacrament meetings were centered on grace. Christ's grace is sufficient for all of us!! I'm so grateful for a Savior who is with me every step of the way, helping me get to the finish line even when I don't think I'll be able to make it! If yall haven't listened to Brad Wilcox's BYU speech "His Grace is Sufficient" LISTEN TO IT ASAP!!! It's so so so so so good!!!:)))

I have such a strong testimony that God protects and blesses my family while I'm here serving the Lord! For those of you who don't know, my sister got in a car crash this week. From the looks of it, she should've been seriously injured. But she walked away from it completely fine. I am so grateful that she and her friend were not harmed. I know that the Lord was looking out for them that day. I am extremely thankful that everything turned out okay:) Hug your families and tell people you love them! God is so good!!
